目的:建立测定头孢拉定颗粒溶出度的方法。方法:通过对转速和取样时间的选择确定头孢拉定颗粒的溶出方法。结果:采用浆法测定头孢拉定的溶出度,以0.1 mol·L~(-1)的盐酸为溶出介质,转速为50 r·min~(-1),检测采用紫外-可见分光光度法,检测波长为255 nm。结论:方法准确可靠,能满足质量控制要求。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the dissolution of cephradine granules. METHODS: The dissolution of cephradine granules was determined by the choice of rotation speed and sampling time. Results: The dissolution rate of cephradine was determined by slurry method, and the speed was 50 r · min ~ (-1) with 0.1 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid as dissolution medium. The UV - Vis spectrophotometry was used to detect the wavelength Is 255 nm. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, which can meet the quality control requirements.
