根据汽车轮毂轴管零件的形状尺寸特点,分析了实心柱坯模锻成形工艺的可行性,并制定了成形工步图。对各工步的工艺参数进行了计算,计算结果表明制定的成形工步可行。制定了头部复杂形状两种成形方案,并对两种成形方案做了分析,指出采用顺序成形头部形状能显著降低成形力,将在一定程度上改善模具的受力状况,提高模具的使用寿命。
According to the characteristics of the shape and size of automobile hub axle pipe parts, the feasibility of die forging forming process of solid column billet was analyzed and the forming step diagram was drawn up. The process parameters of each step are calculated, the calculation results show that the forming step feasible. Two kinds of forming schemes of complex head shape were developed, and the two forming schemes were analyzed. It was pointed out that forming the head shape by sequential forming could significantly reduce the forming force and improve the stress condition of the die to a certain extent and improve the use of the die life.
