以玉米幼胚作外植体诱导愈伤组织 ,研究了幼胚长度、培养基、基因型对愈伤组织诱导和继代的影响 .结果表明 ,基因型是限制幼胚培养的主导因素 ;幼胚长度以 1 0～ 2 5mm为宜 ;试验采用的 6种培养基对出愈率影响不大 ,但它们诱导出的愈伤组织类型不同 ,在继代过程中 ,脯氨酸和水解酪蛋白有利于Ⅱ型愈伤组织的形成
The effects of embryo length, medium and genotypes on callus induction and subculture were studied by using immature embryos of maize as explants.The results showed that the genotypes were the main factors restricting the culture of immature embryos. The length of the embryo was 10-25 mm. The six medium used in the experiment had little effect on the rate of emergence, but the callus types they induced were different. During the subculture, proline and hydrolyzed casein Is conducive to the formation of type Ⅱ callus
