The workplace is arena, we are in fact arena. Six years ago, when I was 25 years old, I started to manage all employees. I found the youngest employee was two years older than me. At the mid-level and above, the youngest was 5 years old. When I was in a meeting, I felt that there was something very strange and the venue was not very disciplined. My intuition immediately told me that there should be no age difference as long as I am on the job - I must first stabilize my psychological defense. Because of marketing people, the essence of the gas are concentrated in the eyelids and body language, a little stage fright, others will see that you actually have become a spiritual loser. I insist the word is finished round the meeting, down to start thinking about countermeasures. At the time, I was in charge of marketing throughout the company, focusing on sales performance, daily phone calls and in-person reporting, which made you feel restless every minute of the day. In the management of personnel there has been a bad momentum, we must resolve as soon as possible, or work is busy, there is no time to solve, it will accumulate to the point.
