本文通过细胞松弛素B阻碍细胞质分裂的作用,对人外周血中抗6-TG的淋巴细胞进行了研究。人血淋巴细胞在含有0.2mM TG的RPMI1640完全培养液中培养72h,根据它们至少有分裂一次的能力(即细胞中含有2个或2个以上的核),来判定抗6-TG的变异体。此方法比克隆检测法和放射自显影法快速、简便、费用低,一般的实验室均可以推广应用。
In this paper, cytochalasin B blocks the role of cytokinesis, anti-6-TG in human peripheral blood lymphocytes were studied. Human blood lymphocytes were cultured in RPMI1640 complete medium containing 0.2 mM TG for 72 h, and the anti-6-TG variant was determined based on their ability to divide at least once (ie, cells containing two or more nuclei) . This method is faster, easier and less costly than clonal detection and autoradiography and can be applied in general laboratories.
