中小型商贸企业是我国市场经济结构中一项十分重要的组成部分,对我国的国民经济发展有着极为重要的意义和作用。尤其是近些年来,随着我国社会经济结构调整以及企业改制等措施的不断推行,中小型商贸企业数量也在不断增加,这使得它在我国国民经济发展中的地位也越来越重要,如何更好地提高中小型商贸企业的经营效果和发展速度已经直接影响到我国社会主义经济的快速、稳定发展。本文简单分析和总结目前我国中小型商贸企业在内部控制方面存在的一些问题和不足,并研究和探讨如何更好的完善和加强中小型商贸企业内部控制制度建设,从而更好的加快中小型商贸企业的进一步壮大和发展。
Small and medium-sized commercial enterprises are a very important part of the market economy structure in our country and have an extremely important meaning and effect on the development of our national economy. Especially in recent years, with the continuous implementation of such measures as the adjustment of social and economic structure and the restructuring of enterprises in our country, the number of small and medium-sized commerce enterprises is also on the rise. This has made it more and more important in the development of our national economy. How? To better enhance the operational efficiency and growth rate of small and medium-sized commerce enterprises has directly affected the rapid and steady development of our socialist economy. This article simply analyzes and summarizes some problems and shortcomings in the internal control of the small and medium-sized commercial enterprises in our country at present, and studies how to better perfect and strengthen the internal control system of small and medium-sized commercial enterprises so as to speed up the development of small and medium-sized commerce Enterprises to further expand and develop.
