目的 研究卡托普利对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经结构和功能的影响。方法 对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型 ,予以卡托普利治疗 12周 ,观察其对坐骨神经糖化终产物、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、神经传导速度及神经结构的影响。结果 卡托普利可降低坐骨神经中糖化终产物含量 ,提高神经组织中cAMP的含量 ,部分改善坐骨神经传导速度 ,减轻神经的病理改变。结论 卡托普利可通过降低糖基化终产物的含量 ,增加神经组织cAMP的生成 ,对糖尿病神经病变具有防治作用
Objective To investigate the effects of captopril on the structure and function of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats. Methods Streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model was treated with captopril for 12 weeks to observe its effect on the final product of sciatic nerve, cAMP, nerve conduction velocity and nerve structure. Results Captopril decreased the content of endogenous glycated end products in the sciatic nerve, increased the content of cAMP in nerve tissue, partially improved the conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve and reduced the pathological changes of the nerve. Conclusions Captopril can prevent diabetic neuropathy by decreasing the content of advanced glycation end products and increasing the cAMP production in nerve tissue
