随着我国国民经济的快速发展,我国建筑行业得到迅速发展,建设工程项目的不断增加,建筑行业的市场竞争日益激烈,在这样的市场环境中,施工企业只有不断提高建筑施工技术,才能增强市场竞争力。本文主要阐述了建设工程项目质量管理和控制的意义,从施工阶段的质量控制与管理入手,结合笔者掌握的相关理论和知识,介绍了我国目前建设工程项目施工质量管理与控制出现的问题,并提出解决相应问题的对策。
With the rapid development of national economy in our country, the construction industry in our country has been developing rapidly. The construction projects are constantly increasing. The market competition in the construction industry is getting fiercer. In such a market environment, the construction enterprises can enhance the market only by continuously improving the construction technology Competitiveness. This article mainly expounds the significance of construction project quality management and control. Starting with the quality control and management during the construction stage, and combining with the relevant theories and knowledge of the author, this paper introduces the problems in construction quality management and control of construction projects in our country.
