研究分析类金刚石碳涂层对活塞销及裙部的减摩效果。采用浮动缸套法和弹性流体润滑仿真方法分析活塞裙部摩擦。试验结果表明,类金刚石碳涂层减小了活塞销对缸套的摩擦,并且在发动机低转速和活塞销偏置较大的条件下效果尤为明显,尤其减小了上止点和下止点附近的摩擦。弹性流体润滑仿真证实,类金刚石碳涂层活塞销能够影响活塞的运动,减小活塞裙部与缸套之间的接触压力。
Research and analysis of diamond-like carbon coating on the piston pin and skirt anti-friction effect. The friction of piston skirt is analyzed by the method of floating cylinder liner and elastic fluid lubrication simulation. The experimental results show that the diamond-like carbon coating can reduce the friction between the piston pin and the liner, and the effect is more obvious when the engine speed is low and the piston pin is biased greatly, especially the top dead center and the bottom dead center Near the friction. Elasto-fluid lubrication simulations confirm that diamond-like carbon coated piston pins can affect piston movement and reduce contact pressure between piston skirt and cylinder liner.
