采用L9(34)正交实验设计,结合直观和方差分析方法,研究了分散速度、分散时间、糊树脂下料时间以及增塑剂下料方式几个因素在不同水平条件下对聚氯乙烯(PVC)瓶盖密封胶分散效果和黏度性能的影响。结果表明:分散速度对PVC密封胶的分散均匀性和黏度均有显著影响;分散速度越大,胶体细度越小,黏度稳定性能越好。分散时间对PVC胶体的初始黏度和24 h后的黏度值影响显著;分散时间长会使PVC胶的黏度上升,稳定性相对较好。PVC糊树脂的下料时间和增塑剂的下料方式2个工艺参数对PVC胶体的黏度性能影响不显著。
The orthogonal experimental design and variance analysis method were used to study the effects of dispersion speed, dispersion time, the time of resin feeding and the way of plasticizer feeding on the properties of polyvinyl chloride PVC) bottle sealant dispersion effect and viscosity performance. The results showed that dispersion speed had a significant influence on the dispersion uniformity and viscosity of PVC sealant. The larger the dispersion speed, the smaller the colloid fineness and the better the viscosity stability. Dispersion time had significant effect on the initial viscosity of PVC colloid and the viscosity value after 24 h; the dispersion time would make the viscosity of PVC glue rise, the stability is relatively good. PVC paste resin feeding time and plasticizer feeding two process parameters on the viscosity of PVC colloid performance was not significant.
