目的了解新疆公众对突发事件心理危机干预服务的需求,为制定心理危机干预策略提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取乌鲁木齐市和喀什市15~60岁常住居民1600人,由经过统一培训的调查员进行入户问卷调查。结果在经历突发事件后,公众最期望的心理援助形式为媒体宣传(39.5%);最期望的心理援助提供者为家人和亲戚(52.1%),很少有公众(27.4%)选择专业人员;公众希望通过电视节目(66.5%)、聊天(41.7%)、互联网络(30.2%)等大众传媒来获得相关知识技能。结论开展突发事件心理危机干预时,大众传媒是最有效的心理危机干预方式,同时需要向公众提供心理危机干预服务的相关信息。
Objective To understand the needs of the public in Xinjiang for intervention services in crisis psychological crisis and to provide basis for formulating psychological crisis intervention strategies. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 1,600 permanent residents aged 15-60 in Urumqi and Kashgar. The questionnaire survey was conducted by interviewers who had been trained in a unified way. Results After the emergency, the form of psychological assistance most expected by the public was media (39.5%); the most desired psychological assistance was family members and relatives (52.1%), and the minority (27.4%) were professionals The public hopes to acquire relevant knowledge and skills through the mass media such as television programs (66.5%), chatting (41.7%) and the Internet (30.2%). Conclusion When carrying out emergency psychological crisis intervention, the mass media is the most effective way to intervene in psychological crisis. At the same time, it is necessary to provide the public with relevant information on psychological crisis intervention services.
