旅游创新研究领域起源于20世纪90年代,随着经济社会的发展,旅游产业受到越来越多人的关注,但全球化所带来的挑战不容小觑,而创新的提出,对旅游业的发展带来了契机,旅游服务的创新成为旅游产业发展的重要动力,也逐渐受到越来越多学者的重视。本文对国内外旅游产业服务创新文献进行综述,利用不同的角度对旅游服务创新进行了总结,对国内相关研究提供理论参考。
The field of tourism innovation research originated in the 1990s. With the economic and social development, the tourism industry is receiving more and more attention. However, the challenges posed by globalization can not be underestimated. However, the innovation proposed for tourism The development has brought the turning point, and the innovation of tourism service has become an important driving force for the development of tourism industry. It is also gradually receiving the attention of more and more scholars. This article summarizes the domestic and foreign tourism industry service innovation literature, summarizes the tourism service innovation from different perspectives, and provides the theoretical reference for the domestic related research.
