1998年4月1日～1998年5月31日,深圳市妇儿医院共做手术292例。自4月22日出现首例病人手术局部术后感染,至7月14日共发生154例。引起术后感染的直接原因是由于消毒剂错误配制引起的。术后感染的临床症状为:刀口局部感染,形成脓肿,并有脓性分泌物,部分病人腹股沟淋巴结肿大。此感染潜伏期长
