近年来,由于棉花种子硫酸脱绒和种衣剂处理技术得到推广应用,因此,对硫酸脱绒后的光子需要一些新的种子检验方法。本文提出种子浸出液pH值测定法,检验种子残酸量;提出活力指数法和电导率法,检验种子活力。采用这些测定方法检验硫酸脱绒后的棉花光子质量,提供更可靠的控制参数,有利于种子商品化的进程。
In recent years, due to the popularization and application of the cotton seed sulfuric acid velvet and the seed coating treatment technology, some new seed testing methods are needed for the photon deoxidized by sulfuric acid. In this paper, the pH value of seed leachate was determined to test the residual acidity of seeds. The vitality index method and conductivity method were put forward to test the seed vigor. The use of these assays to test the photon quality of cotton after plucking sulfuric acid provides more reliable control parameters and facilitates the commercialization of the seed.
