全球化已经改变了现代管理实践,批判性思维、团队精神、合作、创造力等是受到当代社会高度重视的特性。这些变革要求管理专业教育工作者重新评估专业课程学习目标、教学体系和教学策略。有效的管理学教学要求教师在教学决策和指导教学过程中,构建“指导性授知与主动性学习相结合”的教学模式,提高学生创新能力、创业和就业综合能力,使之最大限度地适应二十一世纪的竞争环境的教学目标。那么满足这种从教师主导教学向以学生为本的教学转变的有效策略之一就是建立和广泛应用学习小组的合作学习技术和学习环境。本研究的目的就是评价利用合作学习技术和方法讲授管理学课程的模式及其有效性。结果能够为当今经济管理院校推进以学生发展为本和满足师生多元化需求的管理学教学目标提供一种可供选择的教学策略。
Globalization has changed the modern management practices, critical thinking, teamwork, cooperation, creativity and other characteristics that are highly valued by the contemporary society. These changes require the management of professional educators to re-evaluate the learning objectives, teaching systems and teaching strategies of the specialized courses.
