我国的住院医师规范化培训制度在长期摸索中正在不断健全与完善。从培训质量、薪酬待遇、管理与考核、师资队伍建设和相关政策制度等方面分析目前我国住院医师规范化培训存在的问题。提出加强区域合作、增加财政支持、完善管理和考核工作、优化师资队伍、统一招考标准、因材施教等对策，以期为我国住院医师规范化培训制度的完善提供参考。“,”In the longn -term exploration, standardized residency training system in China is constantly improving and perfecting. From several aspects needed to be strengthened like: training quality, salary, management and assessment, construction of teaching staff team and related policies and systems, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the standardized residency training in China. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthening regional cooperation, increasing financial support, improving management and assessment, optimizing teaching staff, unifying recruitment criteria and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, hoping to be beneficial to the further development of standardized residency training system in China.n
