目的:了解重庆市乡村医生的多项指标在国内所处的相对水平。方法:利用文献调研法和比较分析法,将我国中东西部地区与重庆市村医的综合素质相比较。结果:有关乡村医生的研究文章近10年呈逐步递增趋势;重庆市村医与全国相比较年龄呈年轻化、教育水平相对落后,村医资质也处于劣势。结论:应加强重庆市村医队伍建设,提高村医的综合素质。
Objective: To understand the relative level of multiple indicators of rural doctors in Chongqing in China. Methods: Using literature research method and comparative analysis method, the author compared the comprehensive qualities of village doctors in the middle and western parts of China with those in Chongqing. Results: The research articles about doctors in rural areas showed a gradually increasing trend in the past 10 years. The village doctors in Chongqing were younger than the whole country, the education level was relatively backward, and the qualifications of village doctors were also at a disadvantage. Conclusion: The construction of village medical team in Chongqing should be strengthened to improve the overall quality of village doctors.
