5月23日,中共云南省委召开常委会扩大会议,研究云南省对《国务院关于支持云南省加快建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡的意见》(以下简称《意见》)的贯彻意见时强调,广泛动员、加强领导、完善规划,确保桥头堡建设顺利推进,努力把云南打造成为我国向西南开放的重要门户。
