本文基于“非负型开关控制”新概念,仿真研究了应用辅助热源快速稳定机床温升并跟踪控制加工过程的计算机实时控制算法。在分析比较单模,双模控制算法优劣后,建立了更为满意的仿人智能控制算法。
Based on the new concept of “non-negative switch control”, this paper simulates the real-time computer control algorithm by using the auxiliary heat source to quickly stabilize the temperature rise of the machine tool and track the process control. After analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of single-mode and dual-mode control algorithms, a more satisfactory artificial intelligence control algorithm is established.
