Professor Charles J. Fillmore, one of the world’s most famous linguists, died in February 2003 in San Francisco, United States, at the age of 84. He is the founder of frame semantics, revealing the nature of the frame of thinking and language functioning. He found that most of the unconscious minds of mankind operate within a conceptual framework - mental structure-building thinking. In addition, he found that each vocabulary has its psychological definition in the frame structure. The term “framework”, now widely used in the field of sociology and political science, is also derived from this. The importance of a framework goes beyond this - it extends almost to all areas of intelligent life. Since then, there has been an outstanding scholar in the world.
