目的对柳珊瑚Verrucella sp.的化学成分进行分离与结构鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法及重结晶技术进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从柳珊瑚Verrucella sp.的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,其结构分别确定为:junceellin(1),praelolide(2),胆甾醇(cholesterol,3),(E)-N-2(1,3-二羟基-4-十八烯基)-十六酰胺[(E)-N-2-(1,3-dihydroxy octadecan-4-en)-hexadecamide,4],胸腺嘧啶(thymine,5),胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(thymidine,6),鲨甘醇(batyl alcohol,7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从该珊瑚中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Verrucella sp. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract of Verrucella sp., The structures of which were identified as junceellin (1), praelolide (2), cholesterol (3), (E) -N (1,3-dihydroxy-4-octadecan-4-en) -hexadecamide, 4], thymine thymine (5), thymidine (6) and batyl alcohol (7). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 7 were isolated from this coral for the first time.
