目的对八仙花Hydrangea macrophylla叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱学技术确定化合物结构。结果从八仙花叶提取物中分离得到11个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别鉴定为断马钱子苷乙基甲基缩醛(1)、断马钱子苷二甲基缩醛(2)、断氧化马钱子苷(3)、7-去氧马钱子酸(4)、马钱子酸(5)、8-表马钱子苷(6)、马钱子苷(7)、7-脱氢马钱子苷(8)、獐牙菜苷(9)、表断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(10)、断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(11)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为八仙花叶苷。化合物3、8为八仙花属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla leaves. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS spectroscopy. Results Eleven iridoid compounds were isolated from eight immortal leaves extracts and identified as methimazine ethylmethylacetal (1), siamese dimethylacetal (2) (3), 7-deoxyfumaric acid (4), strychnine (5), 8-epimazine (6) 7-dehydroburside (8), swertia glycoside (9), epinastine hemiacetal (10), and minoxidil (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named as hydrangea. Compounds 3 and 8 were isolated from hydrangea for the first time.
