目的观察低温等离子对不同细菌的在体杀菌效果。方法选取5头小型猪,每只猪背部使用特制打孔器制备36个直径为9 mm(面积约为0.64 cm~2)、深度约为0.3 cm的圆形创面,分别为每个创面接种0.05ml浓度为0.5×10~8 CFU/ml的金黄色葡萄球菌稀释液、表皮葡萄球菌稀释液或铜绿假单胞菌稀释液,制成全层皮肤缺损感染创面的动物模型。每种细菌感染的60个创面采用数字随机法分为10组,3档5 s组、3档10 s组、3档15 s组、6档5 s组、6档10 s组、6档15 s组、9档5 s组、9档10 s组、9档15 s组和未处理组。每组6个创面。然后对创面进行细菌定量检查并进行统计学分析。结果 180个创面接种金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌稀释液后48 h,均制成感染性创面。经过等离子射频处理后的各种细菌感染创面细菌量均较未处理的创面有明显降低,金葡菌3档0.0034;金葡菌6档0.0128;金葡菌9档0.0058。表皮葡萄球菌3档0.0213;表皮葡萄球菌6档0.0005;表皮葡萄球菌9档0.0012。铜绿假单胞菌3档0.0318;铜绿假单胞菌6档0.0085;铜绿假单胞菌9档0.0125,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各档位的不同作用时间相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),作用时间越长,杀菌率越高;各作用时间的3档和6档、9档比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且档位越高,杀菌作用越明显。6档和9档之间比较差异不明显。结论低温等离子射频消融术对多种不同临床常见细菌均具有明显的在体杀菌作用。
Objective To observe the in vivo bactericidal effect of low temperature plasma on different bacteria. Methods A total of 36 round wounds with a diameter of 9 mm (an area of 0.64 cm ~ 2) and a depth of about 0.3 cm were prepared from 5 miniature pigs using a special punch on the back of each pig. The wounds were inoculated with 0.05 ml concentration of 0.5 × 10 ~ 8 CFU / ml of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis or Pseudomonas aeruginosa dilution made animal models of full-thickness skin defect infected wounds. The 60 wounds of each bacterial infection were divided into 10 groups according to the number randomization method, including 3 groups of 5 s, 3 groups of 10 s, 3 groups of 15 s, 6 groups of 5 s, 6 groups of 10 s and 6 groups of 15 s group, 9 files 5 s group, 9 files 10 s group, 9 files 15 s group and untreated group. 6 wounds per group The wounds were then subjected to bacterial quantitative examination and statistical analysis. Results 180 wounds inoculated with Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa dilution after 48 h, were made of infectious wounds. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has significant in vivo bactericidal activity against many different clinical common bacteria.
