播音主持工作是广电媒体的重要组成部分,是一项特殊的新闻宣传工作。播音主持人是电视节目在演播阶段的组织者、指挥者,是节目与受众之间的桥梁,其自身素质的高低直接影响着工作质量。鉴于此,本文笔者结合自己多年的播音主持经验,主要从坚持马克思主义新闻观,培养高度的政治修养;加强业务学习,增强基础知识;努力转换角度,把自己培养成复合型的多面手;加强心理锻炼,养成良好的心理状态;用心做好节目,形成高度的责任心和敬业精神五方面就如何提高电视台播音主持人的素质探究一二。
