为了对内燃机工作过程进行模拟,建立了缸内流体流动的控制方程,采用有限体积法将控制方程离散,通过SIMPLEC算法求解NS方程,并对内燃机工作过程计算域网格的变化进行合并分裂处理,开发了一套用于内燃机工作过程的三维非结构网格CFD程序。将程序用于实际内燃机纯空气循环过程,计算结果分别与实验和其他商业软件结果均吻合较好。
In order to simulate the working process of internal combustion engine, the governing equation of fluid flow in cylinder was established, the governing equations were discretized by finite volume method, the NS equations were solved by SIMPLEC algorithm, and the splitting of the computational domain grids was carried out. A three-dimensional non-structured grid CFD program for the working process of internal combustion engine has been developed. The program is applied to the pure air circulation process of the actual internal combustion engine. The calculated results agree well with the experimental and other commercial software results respectively.
