在跨国合作和经营中,企业的经营环境不再是单一的稳定的本土化经营环境,而是不同的领域,不同文化主体和不同文化的大背景下的环境.本文在结合公司实践和具体案例基础上,借鉴国内外相关文献成果,对中美企业管理模式和文化差异进行实证分析。在具体对策上,提出了吸收异文化因子进行流程设计和流程再造,进而总结出一般性对策,即以中体为体,西体为用的的管理思想。以便给欲与美方企业合作或合资的企业一些有益的启示。
