左权县委、政府为了加强退休干部的管理服务工作,从1994年起,实行了离退休干部工作统一管理,推行“十统一”的管理办法,受到了离退休老同志和社会各界的好评,也受到了上级有关部门的肯定和表彰。 1.工作人员统一配置。县委除增编一名副局长专管退休干部工作外,老干部局的工作人员按照离休干部工作的分工,把退休干部的工作分解,并融为一体开展工作。 2.政治学习统一组织。发至县、团级的中央、省、市文件,按照阅文规定,离退休干部均可阅读。《山西老年》统一订阅。组织学习、听报告、通报情况、老干部接待日等活动离退休干部统一参加。 3.参观、考察统一安排。赴外省或本省、本县参观、考察统一分配名额,统一组织实施,仅1999年就组织25名离休干部和35名退休干部分两批赴北京、天津等地和省内参观、考察。
