OBJECTIVE: To investigate the diet status of grass-roots units and special forces forces, establish the Dietary Balance Index (DBI) of soldiers, and evaluate the nutritional status of vitamins. Methods: Weighing dietary survey, reference to Chinese residents DBI-07 to establish military DBI; using GJB 4126-2000 “nutrition status of military service evaluation” in the determination of urinary vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and total vitamin C levels, using Creatinine oxidase method was used to measure creatinine level. Body mass and height were measured by weight scale, and body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Results: The food, livestock meat, fish and shrimp, soybeans, sucrose and vegetables did not meet the standard. The fish and shrimp food with the lowest compliance rates only reached 18.61% of the standard. Poultry, vegetable oil and edible mushrooms (dry) exceeded the standards. Vitamin B1 intake is not up to standard, phosphorus, sodium, iron and vitamin E intake exceeded; excess fat capacity, carbohydrate does not meet the standards; military DBI score showed a slight nutritional imbalance in the diet structure of the unit; overweight accounted for 15.7% The body weight is light, accounting for 2.9%; 50 cases of vitamin B1 deficiency in 1 case. Conclusion: The diet structure of some special forces soldiers is unreasonable; the intake of some foods and nutrients is not up to standard; the ratio of energy supply to the three nutrients has the tendency of high fat and low carbohydrate; the overweight and weight loss coexist; the vitamin B2 and total vitamin C Good nutritional status.
