本文根据变电站和电力系统运行、维护和管理的实际需要，提出了能改善110kV和35kV变电站安全、可靠和经济运行的变电站综合自动化系统的功能要求。 According to the actual needs of substation and power system operation, maintenance and management, this paper proposed the functional requirements of substation integrated automation system that can improve the safe, reliable and economical operation of 110kV and 35kV substations.
