集团公司生产设备及计算机工作系统,生产一线的给水混料工序,没有完善的生产设备运行监控系统,对于生产车间、现场生产设备的运行情况,及产品的品质没有一个确切的保证。一旦产品出现质量问题,不易追查出现问题的原因,同时不利于车问领导层的决策,追溯责任更为困难。文章介绍了使用西门子的WINCC v7.0的监控软件,及配合使用西门子S7-300PLC,对该系统进行研究改造设计,从而实现了过程监控、趋势分析、重要数据的长期归档等功能。经使用表明,改造后控制系统运行可靠。

This article introduces the use of Siemens WINCC v7.0 monitoring software, and with the use of Siemens S7-300PLC, the system research and transformation of the design, in order to achieve the process monitoring, trend analysis, long-term archiving of important data and other functions. After use shows that the transformation of the control system is reliable.
