患者 ,女 ,67岁。因心悸 ,气促 15小时于 1998年 7月 7日入院。患者于 15小时前做家务时突感心悸、气促、伴恶心、呕吐 1次 ,未进食物 ,无胸腹痛 ,感胸间濒死感 ,自服心血康无缓解 ,故入院。有“冠心病”史 2年。查体 :体温 3 7.5℃ ,脉搏 72次/ｍｉｎ ,呼吸 18次 /ｍｉｎ ,血 Patient, female, 67 years old.
