本研究提出了利用攀枝花硫钴精矿直接制取搪瓷密着剂的方法,省去了许多复杂的净化、分离过程,通过试验获得了成功。结果表明,工艺流程简短,技术合理,金属回收率高,产品质量与常用的钴镍密着剂相当,成本则有较大幅度下降,经济效益明显。为攀枝花资源综合利用提供了一条颇有实际意义的新途径。
In this study, the method of making enamel adhesive directly from the cobalt-cobalt concentrate of Panzhihua was proposed, eliminating many complicated purification and separation processes and succeeding through experiments. The results show that the process flow is short, the technology is reasonable, the metal recovery rate is high, the quality of the products is comparable with the common cobalt-nickel adhesive, the cost is greatly reduced, and the economic benefits are obvious. For the comprehensive utilization of resources in Panzhihua provided a quite new way of practical significance.
