以武汉地铁3号线7标施工为例,总结泥岩地层中泥水盾构掘进施工的经验。结合施工中遇到的问题,针对泥岩地层中刀盘结泥饼、舱内滞排、刀盘扭矩大、掘进速度慢等问题,查找原因,提出处理措施,总结实践经验并进行探讨,为其他类似工程中遇到的类似问题的处理提供参考。
Taking the construction of No.7 line of Wuhan Metro Line 3 as an example, this paper summarizes the experiences of construction of muddy water shield tunneling in mudstone stratum. Combined with the problems encountered in the construction, in view of the problems such as cutter cake in mudstone formation, hysteresis in cabin, large torque of cutterhead and slow tunneling, the paper finds out the reasons, puts forward the handling measures, summarizes the practical experience and discusses the problems for other similar Engineering encountered similar problems for reference.
