在无任何外加添加剂的情况下,于盐酸介质中,通过苯胺(AN)与二苯胺磺酸(DPS)的化学氧化聚合制备了纳米结构导电磺化苯胺共聚物(PANDPS)。研究了聚合条件对共聚物粒径和形貌的影响。结果表明,共聚物颗粒的大小和形貌随聚合条件的变化而变化,在AN/DPS摩尔比为50/50、单体浓度为0.2 mol/L、过硫酸铵/单体摩尔比为1/4、1.0 mol/L盐酸水溶液中25℃反应24 h,可以获得平均粒径为33 nm的共聚物纳米颗粒;而当单体浓度为0.1 mol/L,聚合反应72 h,其它聚合条件相同时则得到直径为130 nm~140 nm、长440 nm~1.35μm的共聚物纳米棒。
Nanostructured conductive sulfonated aniline copolymer (PANDPS) was prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline (AN) with diphenylamine sulfonic acid (DPS) in hydrochloric acid medium without any additives. The effects of polymerization conditions on the particle size and morphology of the copolymer were investigated. The results showed that the size and morphology of the copolymer particles varied with the polymerization conditions. When the molar ratio of AN / DPS was 50/50, the monomer concentration was 0.2 mol / L, the ammonium persulfate / monomer molar ratio was 1 / 4,1.0 mol / L aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid at 25 ℃ for 24 h, the average particle size of 33 nm was obtained. When the monomer concentration was 0.1 mol / L and the polymerization was carried out for 72 h, the other polymerization conditions were the same The copolymer nanorods with the diameter of 130 nm-140 nm and the length of 440 nm-1.35 μm are obtained.
