对 18个国际上已经报道的可能具有持久抗小麦条锈病的品种进行苗期、成株期和温敏微效基因抗性的测定与分析结果表明 ,大部分持久抗性品种虽然在苗期感病 ,但绝大部分在成株期表现出了较强的抗病性 ,苗期表现抗病的品种成株期也表现抗病。成株抗病基因和温敏微效基因所决定的抗性是成株期较高抗性水平的重要组成部分 ,而且两类基因决定的抗性更有可能提供抗性的持久性。抗病育种计划中加强其利用无疑可增强我国小麦种质中抗性持久性的成分 ,对持续治理我国小麦条锈病有重要意义
The results of the measurement and analysis of 18 internationally-reported cultivars with persistent resistance to stripe rust of wheat at seedling stage, adult-plant stage and thermo-sensitive microsatellite loci showed that most durable resistant cultivars, although susceptible at seedling stage, However, most of them showed strong disease resistance in adult stage, and disease-resistant varieties at seedling stage also showed disease resistance. Resistance determined by both the adult disease resistance genes and the temperature-sensitive microsatellite genes is an important part of the higher resistance levels in the adult plant and the resistance determined by both genes is more likely to provide persistence of resistance. The strengthening of its utilization in disease-resistant breeding programs will undoubtedly enhance the durability of resistance in wheat germplasm in China and is of great significance to the sustainable management of wheat stripe rust in our country
