目的了解急诊科医疗纠纷发生的状况及原因,从而寻找减少和避免医疗纠纷发生的思路与办法。方法对2004年1月2010年12月急诊科发生的医疗投诉纠纷事件进行调查与统计,并针对各纠纷原因提出,提高治疗技术水平、强化服务意识、改善服务态度、规范病历书写、加强医德医风建设、改善就医环境等诸多防范与控制措施。结果通过干预措施,其医疗投诉每年呈下降趋势,因医务人员素质导致的纠纷也明显下降。结论急诊工作易出现医疗纠纷,但只要采取相应防范措施就可以有效地减少或避免医疗纠纷的发生,为营造和谐发展的医疗环境提供有力支持。
Objective To understand the status and causes of medical disputes in emergency department so as to find out the ways to reduce and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes. Methods To investigate and count the medical malpractice cases occurred in the emergency department from January 2004 to December 2010 and put forward the solutions according to the causes of the disputes so as to improve the level of treatment technology, strengthen the sense of service, improve the service attitude, standardize the writing of medical record, strengthen the medical ethics Wind construction, improve the medical environment and many other preventive and control measures. Results Through interventions, the annual medical complaints showed a downward trend, and the disputes caused by the quality of medical staff also dropped significantly. Conclusion Emergency medical disputes are easy to occur. However, as long as appropriate preventive measures are taken, the occurrence of medical disputes can be effectively reduced or avoided, providing strong support for creating a harmonious medical environment.
