克罗恩病是一种引起局部回肠炎、肠梗阻、胃溃疡等炎症的病例。其症状主要表现为:持续高热、腹痛、腹胀,腹泄,并出现胸水、腹水、呕吐等。目前国内外一般采用的治疗方法主要有服用激素及磺胺类药物、试行腹部造瘘手术等,但都不能保证见效。本文报告1例诊治情况。患者男,65岁。?
