中职学校汽车维修专业有其明确的培养目标,那就是培养当代汽车维修技术工人。怎样把学生培养成合格的人才是汽车维修教育的关键所在,而实训教学又是整个汽车维修教育的重点所在。几年来,关于汽车维修专业实训教学的改革众说纷纭,相应的理实训教学和实训资料各抒己见,但始终无法全面解决实训教学中“做什么、怎么做、做得怎样”实质性问题。笔者从事汽车发动机构造与维修20多年,在如何构建一个“多维、多边、互动”的实训教学做了一些探索和尝试。
Secondary vocational school vehicle maintenance has its clear objectives of training, that is, to train contemporary automotive maintenance workers. How to train students into qualified personnel is the key to vehicle maintenance and education, and practical training and education is the focus of the entire vehicle maintenance and education. Over the past few years, there have been various opinions on the reform of teaching and learning materials for vehicle maintenance and the respective practical training and practical training materials have their own opinions, but they have never been able to fully solve the problem of “what to do, how to do and how to do” in practical teaching problem. I have been engaged in the construction and maintenance of automobile engines for more than 20 years and have done some exploration and try on how to build a “multidimensional, multilateral and interactive” practical teaching.
