报告经纤维支气管镜（ＦＢ）和手术确诊的气管、支气管结核２８例。青年女性多见。中、下叶支气管受侵犯多见。ＦＢ检查对Ｘ线和ＦＢ下酷似肺癌的气管、支气管结核有重要的鉴别诊断价值。并通过ＦＢ观察５例支气管结核的化疗效果。
Report of bronchoscopy (FB) and surgery diagnosed trachea, bronchial tuberculosis in 28 cases. More common in young women. Middle and lower lobe bronchial invasion more common. FB check on the X-ray and FB resembles lung cancer trachea, bronchial tuberculosis have important differential diagnosis value. Five cases of bronchial tuberculosis were observed by FB.
