据新加坡《联合早报》报道,十种开心食物抗忧郁。深海鱼:研究发现,全世界住在海边的人都比较快乐。这不只是因为大海让人神清气爽,还因为住在海边的人常吃鱼。哈佛大学的研究指出,海鱼中的Omega-3脂肪酸与常用的抗忧郁药如碳酸锂有类似作用,能阻断神经传导路径,增加血清素的分泌量。
