目的:分析煮散剂与标准煎剂的量-效关系,优化煮散剂用量、煎煮时间等参数,为中药煮散剂的规范化应用提供证据。方法:浸出物:参照浸出物测定法《中华人民共和国药典》进行检测;指标成分测定:参照《中华人民共和国药典》麻黄、苦杏仁两个品种“含量测定”项下的方法测定。结果:煮散剂浸煮液水溶性浸出物高于其标准煎剂,说明了药材经过粉碎后,提高了浸出物量;指标成分测定:煮散剂中指标成分含量均高于其标准煎剂指标成分,说明了药材经过粉碎后,促进了药材中化学成分的溶出。结论:理肺止咳汤的中药煮散剂,水溶性浸出物是等量的标准煎剂的1.7倍;煮散剂指标成分:盐酸麻黄碱含量是标准煎剂的1.5倍、苦杏仁苷含量是标准煎剂的1.5倍。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the dose-effect relationship between boiled powder and standard decoction, optimize the dosage of boiled powder, decocting time and so on, to provide evidence for the standardized application of boiled powder. Method: Extract: According to the method of “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China” for the determination of the extract; Determination of the index components: Refer to the method of “Determination of content” of two varieties of ephedra and bitter almond with reference to “The Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China”. Results: The water-soluble extract of boiled powder digester was higher than that of its standard decoction, which indicated that the amount of extract was increased after the crushing of medicinal materials. The content of index components in boiled powder was higher than that of the standard decoction, It shows that the medicinal material has been crushed to promote the dissolution of the chemical components in the medicinal materials. Conclusion: LiFeizhike Decoction Chinese medicine boiled powder, water-soluble extract is equivalent to 1.7 times the standard decoction; boiled powder index components: ephedrine hydrochloride content is 1.5 times the standard decoction, the content of amygdalin standard decoction 1.5 times as much
