目的:建立居住区大气中正己烷气相色谱标准方法。方法:空气中正己烷用活性炭管采集,经二硫化碳解吸后,毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:进样1μl时,正己烷检出限为:1.1×10-4μg;测定下限为:3.7×10-4μg。当使用活性炭管采样10 L,用1 m l二硫化碳解吸样品时,正己烷的测定范围为0.037 mg/m3~40.0 mg/m3。重复测定的相对标准偏差分别为3.3%,2.2%和2.3%。加标回收率96.2%,98.6%和98.0%。结论:本标准适用于居住区大气中正己烷浓度的测定。也适用于室内空气中正己烷浓度的测定。
Objective: To establish a standard method for gas chromatography of n-hexane in the atmosphere in residential area. Methods: The n-hexane in the air was collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide, separated by capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Results: When 1μl was injected, the detection limit of n-hexane was 1.1 × 10-4μg. The lower limit of determination was 3.7 × 10-4μg. The n-hexane range was 0.037 mg / m3 to 40.0 mg / m3 when sampling 10 L using activated carbon tubes and desorbing samples with 1 mℓ of carbon disulfide. The relative standard deviations of repeated determinations were 3.3%, 2.2% and 2.3% respectively. Spike recovery 96.2%, 98.6% and 98.0%. Conclusion: This standard applies to the concentration of n-hexane in the atmosphere of residential areas. Also suitable for the determination of n-hexane concentration in indoor air.
