目的:应用实时动态血糖监测系统(RGMS),监测患者血糖变化,指导医生及时调整方案以期达到最佳疗效。方法:96例老年糖尿病患者,采用RGMS监测72h血糖,60例(对照组)采集5时间点指端末梢血测血糖,制定相应治疗方案,2周后再次检测血糖,3月后测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、体质量指数(BMI)。结果:根据RGMS指导用药2周后,早餐前空腹、早餐后、中餐后、晚餐后、睡前血糖值和对照组比分别是(6.9±1.3)vs(6.7±1.9)mmol/L,P>0.05),(8.8±1.5)vs(10.9±1.6)mmol/L(P<0.05),(8.5±1.2)vs(10.3±1.5)mmol/L(P<0.05)、(8.1±1.3)vs(9.9±1.5)mmol/L(P<0.05)、(7.9±2.2)vs(11.6±2.5)mmol/L(P<0.05),3月后HbA1C、体质指数显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:采用RGMS指导用药,明显增强了糖尿病的疗效,减少低血糖的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To monitor the changes of blood glucose in patients with real-time dynamic glucose monitoring system (RGMS), and to guide doctors to adjust the program in time to achieve the best therapeutic effect. Methods: Ninety-six elderly patients with diabetes mellitus received RGMS for monitoring blood glucose 72 h and 60 patients (control group) for blood glucose measurement at the end of 5 weeks. The corresponding treatment regimen was established. Blood glucose was measured again two weeks later. After 3 months, glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1C), body mass index (BMI). Results: After 2 weeks of treatment with RGMS, fasting blood glucose before breakfast, postprandial blood meal, postprandial blood meal and after breakfast were 6.9 ± 1.3 vs 6.7 ± 1.9 mmol / L, P> (P <0.05), (8.8 ± 1.5) vs (10.9 ± 1.6) mmol / L, (8.5 ± 1.2) vs (10.3 ± 1.5) mmol / 9.9 ± 1.5 mmol / L, 7.9 ± 2.2 vs 11.6 ± 2.5 mmol / L respectively (P <0.05). After 3 months, the HbA1C and body mass index decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using RGMS to guide the medication obviously enhances the curative effect of diabetes and reduces the incidence of hypoglycemia.
