目的进行猪苓质量标准研究,解决猪苓药材评价标准不规范、质量差异大、栽培猪苓得不到合理应用和野生资源濒危问题。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行麦角甾醇、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮定量测定,结合多糖的紫外分光光度法的测定,建立以猪苓3种化学成分为指标的质量评价标准。结果采用猪苓3种化学成分为指标的质量评价方法,考察了不同地区猪苓商品药材、栽培和野生猪苓的质量,提出了猪苓资源合理应用的建议。结论采用麦角甾醇、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮和多糖3种成分为指标的质量评价方法,可以系统、全面地对不同来源的猪苓进行质量控制,为规范猪苓药材质量评价标准,提高栽培猪苓药材质量,保护野生资源提供科学方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the quality standard of Polyporus umbellatus and solve the problems that the evaluation criteria of Polyporus umbellatus is not standardized, the quality is different, the cultivated Polyporus umbellatus can not be rationally used and the endangered wild resources are threatened. Methods Quantitative determination of ergosterol, ergosterol-4,6,8 (14), 22-tetraen-3-one by high performance liquid chromatography and determination of polysaccharide by ultraviolet spectrophotometry were carried out. Chemical composition of indicators of quality evaluation criteria. Results The quality evaluation method of three chemical constituents of Polyporus umbellatus was used to evaluate the quality of Polyporus umbellatus medicinal herbs, cultivated and wild Polyporus umbellatus in different areas and the suggestion of rational use of Polyporus umbellatus resources was proposed. Conclusion The quality evaluation methods of ergosterol, ergosterol-4,6,8 (14), 22-tetraen-3-one and polysaccharides can be used to evaluate the quality of Polyporus umbellatus from different sources systematically and comprehensively Control, in order to standardize the quality evaluation criteria for Polyporus umbellatus, improve the quality of cultivated Polyporus umbellatus, protect wild resources and provide scientific method.
