近日,《检察日报》刊载笔者所在检察院的《一场特殊的亲情“会见”》宣传文章,引起了社会的广泛关注,让群众感受到铁网柔情,一扫“躲猫猫”等事件发生以来群众对监管执法冷漠无情的感觉。《人民网》、《中国日报》等媒体先后予以转载,这是我院监所检察理性执法的一个重要佐证。近年来,我院监所检察围绕“强化法律监督,维护公平正义”检察工作主题,扎实开展各项检察工作,依法对刑罚执行和监管活动实行监督,维护了监管场所安全稳定。本文谈谈我院的做法。 Recently, the “Procuratorial Daily” published the proclamation of the procuratorate where I live. “A special affection ” met with the propaganda article, arousing wide concern in the community and letting the masses feel the tenderness of the iron net and sweeping away “hide and seek” Since the incident such as the people’s feelings of indifference to the supervision of law enforcement. “People’s Daily” and “China Daily” and other media have been reproduced, which is an important proof of our hospital prison law enforcement.
