酚醛树脂的交联固化成型过程对蜂窝材料生产工艺、产品性能有重要的影响,为了进一步了解树脂的固化过程及工艺参数,稳定产品质量,本试验采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了蜂窝用酚醛树脂体系的固化反应动力学参数,为确定固化工艺参数提供依据。
In order to further understand the curing process and the process parameters of resin, and to stabilize the quality of the product, the cross-linking and curing process of phenolic resin has an important influence on the honeycomb material production process and the product performance.
