搞好餐具消毒是控制肠道传染病和肝炎病毒传播必不可少的一个重要环节。经调查证明,部队餐具消毒缺少适宜的消毒剂。因此,研究一种适合部队应用的餐具消毒剂,是极待解决的重要问题。我们以此为出发点,经过药物筛选和数百次实验,研制出了1种新型消毒剂——强力餐具消毒剂。一、制备方法强力餐具消毒剂是采用“多氯 K 酸钠”、“K_(12)-钠”和“G 钠”为成分的三钠盐混合物。其中“多氯 K 酸钠”为杀菌成分(含氯消毒剂);“K_(12)-钠”为洗涤油腻和助杀菌成分(表面活性剂),G 钠为稳定剂。将上述3种药物按规定的配比混合所得消毒剂,每公斤水加0.6g,即可获得含有效氯浓度不低于220~240ppm(百万分)的餐具消毒洗涤液。
