According to the theory of transmission line, the electrode of RF waveguide laser can be approximated as lossless uniform transmission line. The swept frequency method can be used to measure the important parameters of RF waveguide laser electrode such as characteristic impedance, phase shift constant, phase velocity, distributed inductance and distributed capacitance
