薪酬激励策略是人力资源管理的一个重要的方式,这不仅能够大大地激励员工的工作积极性性,而且还能为企业带来更多的优秀人才,使企业获得更好地发展。然而,我国现阶段许多企业的薪酬激励策略并不完善,往往只看重辈分而忽略了办事能力,使一些能力较强的工作人员无法得到期望的薪酬,进而将大大打击员工的工作积极性,甚至会使这部分能力较强的员工产生“跳槽”的想法,使企业流失人才。由此可见,研究人力资源薪酬激励策略优化对于企业未来的发展是十分重要的,因此,本文将通过分析当前人力资源薪酬激励策略的弊端,进而,找出相应的解决方法。
