[目的]探讨并推广中西医结合治疗Cronkhite-Canada综合征的疗效。[方法]运用中西医结合方法治疗1例罕见病例Cronkhite-Canada综合征,严密跟踪随访复查,观察疗效、生活质量及生存期,并通过复习回顾文献,探讨中西医结合治疗的优势。[结果]患者症状缓解,生活质量提高,整体病情好转。[结论]中西医结合治疗在该例罕见、难治病例中突显优势,中医药的参与、介入起到良好作用。 [Objective] To explore and promote the treatment of Cronkhite-Canada syndrome with traditional Chinese and western medicine. [Method] One case of Cronkhite-Canada syndrome was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Follow-up was followed closely to observe the curative effect, quality of life and survival time. And review the literature review to explore the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. [Results] The symptoms of patients were relieved, the quality of life improved and the overall condition improved. [Conclusion] Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment is outstanding in this rare case and refractory disease. The participation of Chinese medicine and intervention play a good role.
